Ideas for Unforgettable First Dates
You finally got that date with Gretchen, the hot barista that works at your local coffee shop, and you want to take her on a date that she’ll never forget. So you get online and you start doing research. Yet you can’t find anything that sounds like it would be any fun. And that’s what you want with an unforgettable date idea. You want a date that will leave you both feeling as though you had the most fun you’ve had in a long time, and one that you won’t ever forget. To find these date ideas, you need to ask yourself a couple questions about the date ideas you come across. The dates should:
• Offer lots of face to face time
• Should occupy you both so that you’re not just staring at each other the entire time
• Should offer lots of time to communicate
First, let’s look at a popular date idea: Dinner and a movie. This is a horrible date idea. Dinner is ok, but a movie puts you two in the dark where you can’t talk at all except for a little whispering. This doesn’t allow the two of you to get to know each other and that right there makes it a bad date. Instead, choose dates that are fun and that allow you to talk so that you can get to know each other better, which is the entire purpose of a date.
How About a Picnic?
Earlier we mentioned that dinner is a good idea for a date. But going out to a restaurant is something the two of you have probably done a thousand times. Instead of going out to dinner, why not take her to the grocery store to pick up items for a picnic. Then, head over to the beach, lay out a blanket and drink wine as the sun goes down. That’s a very different and unforgettable date and, if you play your cards right, she’ll have the time of her life.
Pool or Bowling
Pool or bowling can be a great date idea also. Not only is there competition because you’ll be playing against each other, which can be a lot of fun, it will allow the two of you to get to know each other because there will be plenty of time for talking. This will be unforgettable to her, especially if she’s not used to doing these activities regularly. If she is used to one of the activities, have the date center around the activity she’s least used to. That will make it extra unforgettable and, in fact, she’ll probably think of you the next time she participates in whatever activity you settle on.
The idea is to do something different while also doing something that’s a lot of fun. As long as those criteria are met, and there’s plenty of time for talking so that you two can get to know each other, you’ll find it a very unforgettable date idea. However, you must do your part to make sure it’s extra unforgettable.
Doing Your Part
While on the date, you’ll want to make sure she has as much fun as possible. You can do this by being funny and by creating sexual tension. Flirt with her and show her attention and then tease her while keeping a straight face. These techniques work like a charm, and if you can combine it with a date that’s fun and different, she’ll never forget you and she’ll more than likely have such a good time that she’ll want to keep you around so that she can experience more dates just like the one you just had.
